Along with Tiger Bite Pig the name of this dish is simply awesome. I absolutely love seafood and this is basically fried bread with a seafood filling and cheese topping.

I really can’t recommend enough trying to cook these dishes. I’m just about ok about cooking some dishes but this is really awesome, really pretty and very very tasty.
