Darkroom Printing Service
Until a couple of years ago I used to do a lot of darkroom printing. Darkroom printing is one of my very favourite things to do, photography or not. There are few things I enjoy more than mixing my own chemicals then processing both films and paper and seeing the resulting images come through.
If it were practical, in terms of both focal length, time and money, I would shoot absolutely everything in either 4×5″ or Hasselblad 6×6 format, but sadly time doesn’t allow this.
Here are a few examples of the prints that I have produced. If you’re looking for someone to do some darkroom then feel free to get in touch. I sadly can’t print transparency films but rather print colour negs onto suitable paper.
I’m also extermely accomplished at black and white printing. I can develop black and white films for you and I also do black and white fibre based printing. My personal favourite papers are by Kentmere but I can print onto Ilford or other papers to suit (I have a number of papers in my stock).
