A good part of the photography work I do is interiors and this project was for a private landlord who was selling his property that had been with his family for many years. His parents emigrated to Scotland from Poland and I had the pleasure of capturing the interior with an almost free reign to do whatever I wanted to do.
Over the course of a few days I took a large number of photos, of which here are a few examples. As a note the landlord is an artist so all of the paintings and decorations were done by him, some of the paintings, especially the portraits, are quite beautiful.
I have a real fascination with panoramic images, as you can clearly see in this blog, and so I shot many of the images in a vertical panoramic fashion. Many of the images are stitched from multiple images hence the really straight lines.
I really hope I can do another project like this in the future.
