In a recent post on this blog I mentioned that I did three photoshoots in one Sunday. This pre shoot with Janice and Andrew was my last shoot of the job and an interesting one.
Just like Taz from my last pre shoot, I met Janice through work and this was the first time I met her partner and her daughter and indeed the first time I had seen Janice for at least a year.
We shot their pre shoot wedding at Brook Queensferry Hotel in North Queensferry. We actually had bit of a nightmare getting to the shoot in terms of timescales. We originally arranged to do the shoot around the beginning of August but this was rained off (August was simply hideous for weather in Edinburgh this year). Then for the second date Janice was hospitalised with some health problems (thankfully she’s ok now!) and then we were left with the day of the shoot.
In typical Scottish fashion the weather started off quite nice in the morning then by the time we got to this shoot it was raining and for a pre shoot at this hotel there isn’t a lot you can do if the weather is bad. Fortunately we managed to capture quite a few photos and here are my favourites.

Look at me Im on a website!!!! I love them all think they are just gorgeous love the one with antonia and I and the more personal shots with Andrew. Your work is amazing love it!!!
