I used to absolutely hate tofu but Liv made this pretty spectacular tofu dish called Ma Po Tofu.
Even though she’s my wife I can’t recommend her Chinese and Taiwanese cooking enough. It’s far better than any Chinese food I’ve eaten in this country and as good if not better than food I’ve had in both of those countries.
