It’s funny but everyday there seems to be more of one thing and less than others. I’ve walked down the mile one day and there have been loads of musical performers and another day something else.
Today, while I was hanging around waiting to shoot a wedding at Lothian Chambers (which I’ll be blogging in due course) I had to go to my bank and had time to burn. Some of the outfits here are absolutely brilliant.
The first girl didn’t look particularly happy (part of the act?) but the morbid looking guys were superb. The second one was particularly intense. It’s funny but with the lens I usually use for people, the Canon 70-200mm f2.8 IS it seems like people like to perform more for the camera.
The chap in orange was slightly bizarre but the students in Toga’s were great. They were really musical and of course the toga’s earn maximum respect. Liv and I have been toying with the idea of getting a Canon 5dmk2 (if I can’t convince her to let me have a Nikon D3s) so if we do buy one I’ll shoot video of the Fringe next year.

Not sure exactly who this guy is trying replicate but the makeup is pretty cool. Not sure about the pants though

While leaving my bank I saw this group of students wearing Toga's. I will forever, because of John Belushi, love toga's. Another show I really wish I could have gone to
