This is one of my favourite food photos and a dish that tastes really damn good. This past winter in Edinburgh is easily the coldest I have ever experienced; records have shown it’s the coldest in my life span. So, Liv has been cooking lots of this dish. It’s hot, can be a little spicy and has thick home made noodles and big chunks of beef.
