One of my favourite named dishes ever. One thing I love about eastern food is the translation of the dishes. Liv can tell you the real name of this dish but the literal translation is Tiger Bite Pig.
Absolutely gorgeous dish and pretty cheap to make from what I saw. Superb as a snack or for lunch boxes (my colleagues saw this and drooled).
