This property really suprised me when I photographed it mid 2025. At this point I don’t think I had ever been in a property in East Ham and when I arrived my impression from the (front) outside was “it’s a bit of a dump”, but inside what a fabulous property. Inside the most impressive part is the really large kitchen with large garden and rear decking area; this is a seriously lovely space.
Along with the kitchen and garden on the ground floor, there is a lovely reception, first floor is several bedrooms and the top floor is a lovely bedroom. Decor through is modern and bright with lots of natural light throughout, decorations for the purpose of the property (Airbnb) is great and as a result of everything, this East Ham House was a real delight to photograph.
The owner was also really lovely on the day and was kind enough to give me some cookies to take home, which was most appreciated.
The summary of this property is never judge a property from the outside appearance. I’ve been to a good few properties over the years that look awful from the front outside but when you step inside they are truly wow, this is one of those.
