Property photographer London. Edinburgh has some truly beautiful properties. Areas like the Grange, Colinton, Craiglockhart, even Marchmont where I live and others but within the airbnb market there seems to be an annex of properties in New Town around the Northumberland Street / Howe Street / Hanover Street areas that look really awesome. Just last week I photographed a really awesome apartment on Howe Street and today I have my second property for Northumberland Street.
Actually Northumberland Street is divided into the main Northumberland Street itself, which is full of enormous townhouses, and then there are lots of back streets with mews style houses. I photographed a really cute mews in Stockbridge a few weeks ago and the property on Northumberland Street is quite a bit larger but has the same equally cute layout.
Mews, which I’ve written about before but if you’re not sure, are basically working homes. Back in the old times, the ground floor was used as stables then people would live above. Nowadays the stables parts are kitchens/lounges etc but I find it fascinating that every mews has a completely different layout. There’s no rule for mews and that’s why they are perfect for airbnb style homes.
Even though this property was photographed in Edinburgh, I now live in Barnes, south west London, SW13. If you’re in need of a property photographer London, please contact me here.
