All Bar One

London Airbnb photographer

All Bar One

Recently I’ve been doing all kinds of work. I photographed some weddings, this June I photographed in the region of 30 Airbnb properties, I took some photos for my favourite local bar/restaurant, the No 1 Grange, I’m still busy with photographing cars and I photographed a relaunch event for All Bar One on Edinburgh’s George Street, which is what this article is about.

I used to frequent All Bar Ones quite a lot when I lived in Birmingham but over the last few years, now I have a child, I tend to look for local family friendly pubs or more than not don’t go out at all. I did all my partying in my teens and early twenties and now I like a fairly quiet life, but it was a nice surprise when I was asked if I could photograph this event.

All Bar One on George Street recently went through a big refit/refurbishment and for the event they organised various parties to come in, provide entertainment and I was asked to capture a number of still shots showing the refit and then take photos of the evening events including the DJ performing (there wasn’t one) and any VIP’s that might turn up. I was booked until 8pm and didn’t see any VIPs while I was there but maybe they came later.

But regardless, it was a really good event. I met and chatted to quite a few people, everyone was happy, I tried a couple sample beers which were really good although I didn’t try any whisky or gin (driving) and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The food also looked excellent. Admittedly I’ve never eaten in an All Bar One but the food looked really delicious so at some point I’ll drag my family over there for lunch.

In the next couple of weeks I’ve got several more restaurant relaunches to photograph (again funny how this work suddenly comes around) and I’ve also got tonnes more Airbnb properties to photograph. Hope you like the photos below and I’ll keep updating this site as and when something big and fun happens.
