Bannantyne Gym Newcraighall opening

Bannantyne Gym Newcraighall opening. A couple months ago I was contacted by a PR company who I’ve done some work for before about photographing the grand reopening of Bannantyne Gym Newcraighall. I’m personally a member of David Lloyd, largely because of the location, and they had a big refurbishment throughout all of their gyms in 2016 and it seems a lot of the big franchise gyms are doing the same thing.

It seems Bannantyne Gym Newcraighall was one of the last to refurbished but I was asked to go along to their gym for opening time, take some photos of the new gym and studio, take some photos of the gym manager and also do a ribbon cutting with the first gym member to walk through the doors.

I’m in no ways going to judge the gym although I will say it’s really nice and there’s a lot of space available to workout in the gym. I met both the regional manager and the gym manager, the latter of which I took a couple portrait photos. I arrived just before 7am, got setup, took the photos of the gym and around 20 minutes after I arrived the first gym member arrived.

All in all I was there for less than an hour and I was back just after 8am so a pretty good day’s work! Below are a selection of photos from Bannantyne Gym Newcraighall.
