Clive Court Maida Vale property photography.
So I moved to London in late October 2022 and naturally, I was really quiet for a couple of months. First of all that time of the year is always quiet for property photography and secondly, I’ve just moved to a new city, so it takes time to build clients and get my name out there. Right now I’m photographing between 25 and 40 properties a week.
Most of my work from January to April this year took me around Earls Court, Fulham, Chelsea, and Kensington and while I still cover those areas I’m now photographing a lot of properties in Richmond (love Richmond!) and now Maida Vale. Maida Vale has so far really impressed me as an area with lots of things to see and do, and importantly for my job some really fabulous properties. This property photographed at Clive Court, right in central Maida Vale, is a great example of a really nice flat.
This is a two-bed flat with two en-suite bathrooms, a separate WC, a balcony, a concierge, and a very central location. Really impressed with this one.
