One of my favourite properties that I photographed this summer was this beautiful St Andrews Airbnb property. I go to St Andrews a few times every year for various types of jobs and St Andrews is a really beautiful area with some really beautiful properties. For example, I photographed a really nice property near Cupar a few months ago and it was really awesome to photograph with tonnes of details to capture. For today’s property I was asked to photograph “The Coach House” just a few minutes outside of St Andrews and the whole location/buildings and flats were absolutely stunning.
I shoot a mixture of old and new city properties but very rarely photograph anything in the countryside, which is a shame as I’ll always have a fondness towards country properties. I largely lived in the countryside until I was 18 while I’m 100% a city person (I can’t imagine living in the country again) I do like looking at country properties. So the Coach House was an absolute delight to photograph, I loved the log burners, the kitchens were perfectly sized, the rooms cosy but with enough light and lots of space.
The location for the Coach House is really fantastic. It sits just a few minutes outside of St Andrews and every time I visit the area for any kind of work I/we always seem to end up going to the Balgove Larder and Craigtoun Park. Balgove has a really lovely cafe and the most fantastic butcher while Craigtoun Park is a great day out for the family.
As mentioned this was photographed in St Andrews but I have now moved to London. if you’re looking for a London property photographer, whether it be for photos, videos, floor plans, drone shots, VR tours, or a combination of some or all, please contact me here.
