Property floor plans are an essential aid for selling properties.
Over the last several years we have seen a greater demand for property floor plans. This is partly down to visual demand brought on by the internet but in simple terms, when selling your property, a major factor in pricing your property is square footage.
In London, it’s estimated one square foot, depending on location, can be worth £1000, so having an accurate floor plan for your property can only help to sell your property.
I have several years experience drawing floor plans and I’m in the process of applying for RICS certification.
