Fulham converted warehouse photographed by London property photographer BNB Media.
Perhaps my favourite kinds of properties to photograph are industrial-looking converted warehouses. I find them utterly charming with tons of character and style. A few months ago I photographed this really stunning converted warehouse in Hackney and I loved the mixture of modern decor with old industrial windows and girders running throughout the property.
This Fulham converted warehouse is in the same ballpark, with very modern decor melded together with industrial. This two-bedroom property is being put on the short-let market with an estate agent. Only one bedroom is being used for the short-let (the other being used for storage), there’s a large living area, very modern kitchen, pool table, bath and shower room. The decor is truly stunning.
A month ago I photographed a nearly 200 million pound property in central London and while that was a breathtaking space, it lacked any character and if I had to choose which property I liked the most, no competition, this Fulham converted warehouse is one of my favourite properties of 2024 so far.
Also just a quick update on business. Right now, as a London property photographer, I’m photographing on average 30 properties a week. A good majority of these are either really boring, plain, or dumps (typical property photography) but every week I photograph a handful of properties that are really lovely, and a few each month are stunning. As and when I can I’ll keep updating this website.
