Fulham Townhouse by London property photographer.
Every week I photograph a real mixture of properties. This last week I photographed some 40 properties, ranging from absolutely horrific to really absolutely lovely and everything in between. One property I went to was completely rotten inside, and absolutely disgusting, but on the polar opposite is this absolutely fabulous townhouse in Fulham.
This townhouse has three bedrooms over four floors, measures in the region of 1600 sq ft, and is being put on the market for £2.7 million. I absolutely love the decor throughout, clean, and tidy but has lots of colour and the kitchen is an example of one done right. Lots of colour, and very professional kitchen appliances, and for me one of the coolest features of the property was the basement gym. Technically this is a private garage that leads into a larger communal garage, but it’s a very cool use of space that I would love to have.
