London property photographer. So first of all an introduction to myself. Over the last 14 years I have lived and worked in Edinburgh. In this time I have photographed 350 weddings, many events, thousands of cars and in the region of a thousand properties. These properties have ranged from properties for sale through estate agents and individuals, commercial properties, AirBnb properties, short term lets, long term lets, everything.
My work has taken me all around Scotland and I’ve worked for companies like Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Trivago, Deliveroo, Grand Designs and many more. Now after over a decade of living in Edinburgh my family and I have decided it’s time for a huge change of scene and we’re in the processing of moving towards London.
So why London? There are numerous factors, one is limited work in Scotland for both myself and my wife. I’ve personally been really busy but my wife has very limited work as she works as an illustrator and there simply aren’t enough clients for her in Scotland. Perhaps the greatest factor is our daughter Amelia. Amelia is a budding tennis player and in two years of playing she made it to number one in the UK for one age category and she’s currently going up the rankings for her current age group but herein lies the problem, in Scotland tennis is vastly underfunded and under-supported and if we really want her to have the best opportunities in tennis, she needs to play really top class competition and that lies around London and its surrounding areas. Surrey, Middlesex and Essex are particularly strong right now.
I offer photography, video walkthroughs and drone (aerial) services. I’m a fully licensed drone pilot and in the near future I may be offering 3D/Matterport scans depending on demand.
Below is an example of a whole property photographed just recently. This property is called Haven House and is located near Oban on the west coast of Scotland. This property was designed by an architect who lives in the property but rents out part of the property for holidaymakers. Haven House can be booked here.
