Hyndland

London property photographer. One of my favourite properties photographed in Glasgow, this was photographed for a lady called Marianne who is not only one of the nicest people I’ve come across pretty much ever, but she’s also a property developer. I photographed this property twice, which sits in the affluent area of Hyndland, the first time she was renting it out and the second time she was selling it.

Marianne always really impresses me as she does pretty much all the building work herself. A great example of how skilled she is is the dining table which she completely made herself from floorboards.

So this is a one-bedroom flat but it’s really exquisitely finished. A real pleasure to photograph both times.
