Car photographer London.
A couple weeks ago I was hired to photograph a Jaguar XKR. As you may have noticed I photograph hundreds of cars every year and through my indirect Jaguar Land Rover work I most of my car photography is shooting modern Land Rovers and Jaguars. Granted the new cars are lovely but one of the best engines in the JLR ecosphere, in my opinion, is the supercharged V8 of the XKR. It just sounds awesome!
So Paul who is a major car enthusiast is playing with the idea of selling his Jaguar XKR so asked me to take photos of it. I met him at his home just outside of South Queensferry and while his home is really nice it really does make a massive difference finding a really nice backdrop so we headed over to the gatehouse/entrance at Hopetoun House.
Hopetoun House is hands down one of the most beautiful structures in Edinburgh, it’s absolutely beautiful both inside and out and while we didn’t go to the house itself the gatehouse/entrance is just as beautiful. We were also extremely lucky with the weather. Recently the weather in Edinburgh has been really awful, really wet and cold, and on the day of the shoot it was pouring down in the morning but in typical Scottish fashion by the time of the shoot it was blue skies and blazing sunshine, so absolutely perfect for this kind of shoot.
So here are my favourite photos from this shoot…
As mentioned this car was photographed in Edinburgh but I now live in south west London. If you’re looking for a car photographer London, please contact me here.
