Fen Jen Ro

June 01, 2014

Fen Jen Ro. In light of the cookbook coming out just recently we thought it would be good fun to do some more food photography. One of my favourite Chinese dishes ever and one we don’t really eat that often is a dish called Fen Jen Ro, which is a steamed braised pork dish which is basically covered in breadcrumbs.

You can see the recipe here but suffice to say it’s absolutely delicious and surprisingly easy to photograph. Once I’ve got some more time in the future I’ll be looking at doing an awful lot more food photography again as it’s something I really enjoy doing.
