Do you need your property photographing?
Very early in my photography career I did a lot of property photography. This included both stills and virtual tours photography and I’ve now kind of gone full circle with my photography. For a few years I focused just on weddings, events and food but in recent times I’ve started doing a lot of property photography for some pretty big clients.
As of mid 2022 I’m currently photographing around 30 properties a month for all kinds of clients including estate agents, architects, commercial spaces and Airbnb style properties. I work for several companies as well as private individuals and what you see below is my consistent style for all the properties I photograph. Whether it be a 5-star hotel, a local pub or an Airbnb property I’m entirely consistent. Just to name two companies I’ve taken properties for are Airbnb and Tripadvisor and my work has been featured in magazines.
Whether you want photos of your home to help sell your property or even to keep memories, or even if you have an office space, a property to let then I can help you.
My property photography combines super wide angle shots with detail shots and lifestyle shots, meaning people interacting in the photos, can be incorporated. I use high end digital cameras with wide angle lenses and a mixture of ambient and studio lighting to create my best work and I really love doing this kind of work.
What property photography involves
Scheduling call or email in advance of the shoot. This works out time frames for the day and any essential shots
Photoshoots depending on location and number of rooms and complexity can take anything from 40 minutes to half a day. This will all be discussed beforehand and a price agreed
All images are supplied via Dropbox or We Transfer. Both are super simple to use
You can use the images completely free for anything you want (incl. Social Media; Facebook, Twitter etc)
Files can be provided in a number of different formats to suit your requirements
