Quartermile Penthouse

quartermile property photography

One of my last properties of 2019 was this penthouse property at Quartermile. The lower level properties are really nice but small and quite similar, with the occasional exception, but the upper floor penthouse/duplex apartments are really great (like this one here).

This penthouse is quite small but has really awesome views of the Meadows and the south side of the city. I really like the open space of the kitchen and lounge and while the weather was absolutely miserable on the day I photographed this property there was still tonnes of light coming in. Edinburgh is synonymous with dark properties and my ground floor flat in Marchmont is really dark(!) but this wasn’t.

Really great property.
