I’m really starting to think Shoreditch has some of the coolest properties in London. To date I’ve photographed a handful of properties in Shoreditch; a couple were ok but then I photographed this property (click on the text) earlier this year and it’s easily one of my top 5 properties of all time.
I photographed this Shoreditch townhouse in the last few days and absolutely love it. It’s funny because both my wife and I work in the creative industries. Obviously, I’m a photographer and she’s a very highly prolific illustrator (this year she’s working on 22 children’s books including books with Penguin) so we don’t always share our work with each other but if something, in my case, is outstanding, I’ll show here.
Now I absolutely love this property. I love the shape, the layout, the colours, I absolutely love it. My wife isn’t keen at all, she really doesn’t like the colour combinations but I do. It’s fabulous.
This Shoreditch townhouse is split over six floors. The basement and top floor are out of use so I was left to photograph the garage on the ground floor, the reception/kitchen on the first and the second and third floors are bedrooms. I have no idea what’s in the basement or on the top floor but it wasn’t part of my job.
I liked this property so much I ended up visiting twice, the first to capture photos and the second to capture a Matterport tour.
