London Airbnb photographer. This property was photographed at Simpson Loan in Edinburgh’s Quartermile area. Quartermile sits right between Old Town and the Meadows and is an immensely popular area with some really nice bars and cafes, but importantly very close to a number of institutions including Edinburgh University.
My family and I always laugh at how many Chinese people we see wandering in and out of the apartments at Quartermile. The apartments at Quartermile are generally very small for what you pay, so in many cases don’t make great family homes, but they are perfect for wealthier students and of course professionals who work in the area.
From what I understood, this two bedroom property at Simpson Loan received multiple bookings within a couple hours of the photos going online but it was a small but nice flat in a prime location. The selling point of these apartments is definitely the location (smack bang in the middle of Old Town) and the views over the Meadows, which are absolutely stunning.
