Sutherland Avenue Stunning Flat photographed by Property photographer London.
In the last two years I’ve potographed dozens, if not, hundreds, of properties around Maida Vale and it’s such an interesting area to photograph properties. Properties fall in to two different categories, really awful or really nice with little in between. But this property photographed along Sutherland Avenue goes way beyond the really nice and is easily one of the nicest properties I’ve seen in this area.
This is a four bedroom two floor flat with reception and kitchen on the ground floor and the lower ground is made up of four bedrooms, with the main bedroom and its walk-in bathroom particularly impressive and a lovely garden. The garden then leads into really beautiful communal gardens which really are used by local residents (a lot of communal gardens in London tend to sit empty).
For this particular job I was asked to do everything; photos, walkaround video, floorplan and Matterport tour. I was also able to acquire some drone shots which show off the area beautifully and show the proximity to the city. I’ll let the images speak for themselves but I have included the Matterport tour (virtual tour) and floorplan for reference.
As a property photographer London, and especially one that works around Maida Vale/Notting Hill/Shepherds Bush frequently, this is one of the best properties I have seen to date in this area. It’s absolutely beautiful.
