Trebovir Road Earls Court

Trebovir Road Earls Court by London property photographer.

This property is the perfect example of what I’m offering for 2023. Up until 2020/21, I focused entirely on photography but then the pandemic happened and the needs of estate agents changed. It went from physical viewings to almost entirely online viewings so I expanded my business to include photography, videography, floorplans, virtual tours, Matterport tours, and also drone photography where possible.

Drones are very difficult to fly in London due to so much restricted air space but everything else is possible below are examples of a really great property with almost everything utilised. The video was shot in portrait format but this is perfect for social media reels. Landscape (horizontal) videos look awful on social media so I’ve adapted my video equipment to capture both landscape and portrait videos.

Finally, there is a Matterport video tour which I have just invested in. These are quite time-consuming to capture but look absolutely fabulous.

So I hope you like everything you can see below. I’ve visited this property three times now as it has gone through various stages of development (this was a complete refurbishment) and I believe there are still things to add but whether I go back to capture these I’m not sure. The property looks great though and it’s in central Earls Court two minutes away from Earls Court station, so the location is very good.
