Drone Photography for London Properties – Elevate Your Property Marketing

Drone photography is one of the most powerful tools for showcasing properties in London. While traditional ground-level photos are essential, aerial drone imagery offers a unique and compelling perspective that highlights your property and its surroundings like never before.

My professional drone photography service in London provides high-resolution 4K images and cinematic aerial videos that capture your property from every angle. Whether you’re a real estate agent, property developer, or homeowner, drone footage can significantly enhance your property listing and attract more potential buyers or tenants.

With several years of experience flying drones across London and the surrounding counties, I ensure every shoot is safe, legal, and optimized for the best visual impact. More businesses are turning to drone photography and videography to stay competitive in today’s fast-paced property market.

For a cost-effective marketing package, consider combining drone footage with high-quality interior photography, video walkthroughs, virtual tours, and detailed floorplans to give your listing a professional edge.

Why do I need a Matterport tour?

Matterport tours are one of the most immersive ways to visualise a property. For real estate, Matterport tours provide an interactive way of viewing a property without seeing it in person.

For commercial spaces, they provide a fantastic model for visualising a build space.

What camera do you use?

We use a Matterport Pro 2 (MC250) camera. This is their industry standard camera that produces 134mp scans with fantastic detail.

How long do Matterport tours take to capture?

This depends on how easy a space is to capture and how large the space is. When capturing Matterport scans, the camera needs to see from point to point and each point needs to be captured within just a few feet of a previous scan, so there are no overlap issues.

We have captured 1000 sq ft scans in less than an hour and quite complicated 4000 sq ft spaces in 2.5-3 hours.

How much do Matterport tours cost?

Matterport camera allow a number of different files types including OBJ (3D mesh), E57 (point cloud), JPG (textures and snapshots), JSON (metadata), PDF/PNG (floor plans), and DWG/DXF (CAD files). All have their own purposes and most cost extra (we only charge the actual cost of producing these; we don't make any profit off of these).

Drone regulations

There are many regulations that have to be conformed to before flying a drone. Before every operation I will perform a pre-flight check which includes checking for local flight restriction zones, liaising with air traffic control and essentially checking everything is safe and legal.

Condition tests will also be made on the day of flight including humidity and wind tests. Please note drones can’t be flown for safety reasons if it’s too windy or raining.
