Drones are an incredible way to market your property
Drones are easily one of the most impressive ways to market your property. Traditional ground level photos are always key to marking your property, but drones allow you to see a property from different angles that you wouldn’t otherwise see.
My aerial footage provides customers with a birds eye view of not only your property, but also the surrounding area, and can really help to make your property listing stand out against the competition.
I’m a fully licensed drone operator and I have flown drones for several years. The drones I use have 4K resolution cameras and take the most incredible photos and videos.
More and more companies are now utilising and appreciating the use of drone photography and videography and I can cover the whole of London and surrounding counties.
For a cost-effective marketing solution, add drone footage to your photography package and also consider adding floorplans, vr tours and video walkthroughs.
What drone photography involves
Scheduling call or email in advance of the shoot. This works out time frames for the day and any essential shots. Checks will also be made to see if the drone can be flown legally (flight paths, private venues etc)
Photoshoots depending on location and number of rooms and complexity can take anything from 40 minutes to half a day. This will all be discussed beforehand and a price agreed
All images are supplied via Dropbox or We Transfer. Both are super simple to use
You can use the images completely free for anything you want (incl. Social Media; Facebook, Twitter etc)
Files can be provided in a number of different formats to suit your requirements
Drone regulations
There are many regulations that have to be conformed to before flying a drone. Before every operation I will perform a pre-flight check which includes checking for local flight restriction zones, liaising with air traffic control and essentially checking everything is safe and legal.
Condition tests will also be made on the day of flight including humidity and wind tests. Please note drones can’t be flown for safety reasons if it’s too windy or raining.
