In London, a single square foot, especially in more affluent areas, can be worth between £1000 – £4000, so having accurate measurements are essential for selling your property.
I have been drawing and creating plans for years and in just the last three years I have measured close to 2000 properties.
Floor plans are available in both print and web format, with or without your logo, and proofs will be supplied the next working day. I can also provide CAD files for floor plans at an additional cost.
