For this property, I was hired by a property developer who had taken on this property, completely gutted and refurbished it, and made it the modern spectacle you will see in the following pictures.
This property in Knightsbridge has an open plan reception kitchen, huge flat-length balcony, two large bedrooms with great storage space and both en-suite, on-site concierge, and a fabulous modern decor. I love shooting properties like this as they look great, are usually completely staged, and I can just turn up, do my job with no obstructions, which is great.
I was hired to take photos, do a floor plan, and to also capture a Matterport tour. In total this job took me roughly 1.5 hours and was great fun to do.
