A few months ago I was booked by a major London estate agent to photograph a two bedroom refurbishment in Marylebone. I wasn’t given any information about the apartment apart from photos and a floorplan were required, the location and how to access (keybox in this case) so honestly this property could have been amazing or awful, but thankfully it was the former.
On the day I arrived and grabbed the keys from the keybox on the front door and on upon entering this is a seriously modern and stylish two bedroom apartment. The kitchen and reception are open plan and there are two good sized bedrooms, one of which is en-suite. The best thing however about this apartment was the styling which was quite typical or staged properties in this area of London but I really liked it.
